Someone mentioned to me, way back when, that when I do superhero characters I tend to favor the DC side of the aisle. I had admit they were right: even though I feel that DC's characters have a certain je ne sais quoi about them that makes them great ENF fodder, there are a number of Marvel characters that are suitable for a good ENFing. One of them was Marvel Girl, so I started what was meant to be a short story about her. For one reason or another, I put it aside, but recently I decided to pick it up again, so here we are.

Note: the first two pages have been posted before on my DA, but without dialogue. The third I just finished recently, but I decided to put it as the main picture in this post just to let people know I wasn't doing reruns or anything. There are a total of 8 pages in this story.

I swear, some of your girls are pretty dumb hehehe

To be fair to Marvel Girl, she IS in the thrall of vast galactic forces beyond human reckoning, which can cloud the 'ol self awareness a bit. But yes, sometimes in order for ENF stories to work, I have to make 'em a little dumb 😄

MsKittyVicki

You've read my stories, right?

MsKittyVicki

Good. How many of my characters that have been thrusted into enf situations are dumb, or clueless? Hardly any. That's your angle though, that's what you enjoy. I enjoy taking down insufferably egotistical bitches. I know I'm the center of my own little comic universe and I constantly attack and belittle myself in my stories but I was that girl back then. Insufferable, egotistical and so full of myself even when I shouldn't have been lol! Have you ever considered writing a story about an egotistical lady being taken down a notch or two against her will? Almost like she deserves it?

Yes, it is my thing. I kind of like the girl next door archetype, maybe a bit too much 😄 I was kind of going for something like that with Violet Van Vyle...also Maris from Police Investigation was kind of in that vein. But I haven't created a character who was a super egotistical turbo Karen: it's certainly worth thinking about

Could be fun, I'll think about it 🙂
