There were a couple of rough spots, but our hosts were professional enough to work through them and deliver what marketing professionals the world over thought impossible: a truly classic infomercial. Truly affecting and moving, it's a masterpiece of the medium: not only selling a product, but leaving its audience better people for having seen it. It helps that the Rug Shark is a product that practically sells itself. The only setback, of course, is the unstoppable cleaning machine that has been unwittingly loosed upon the world, but that's a problem for another time.
