Hi guys! I was trying to record the audios for tonight but it turns out the heat + humidity + poor air quality from the Canadian wildfires is making my asthma act up as well as giving me a headache that I'm hoping doesn't become a migraine. I am currently doing my nebs and am hoping they do the trick but if the audios don't go up tonight, I will figure out how to make them up without overwhelming y'all with notifications/audios. I know I used to do it a lot but I've learned that people are lot happier with one or two a day and anything more than that is too much. So if the audios don't come out tonight, just know it's because my lungs decided breathing and talking was too much of an effort today. I promise, I'll be back tomorrow with the poll winner and maybe more if I can handle it. A full day inside should fix me (I hope).

Don’t you worry. Wildfires harm everyone and it’s important to care for your health. We will wait until then

TechNoir

No worries, it is pretty bad over there. Hoping the fires can calm down soon and quick!

Take your time and try again when the air is safe if you have to! Safety first always

You know, I think I'd prefer if you focused on breathing over talking. Hoping you took a break early enough to not hurt too bad

Stay safe we care more about your safety than audios getting posted on time <3

I can relate. I'm in the cities in Minnesota, for a while we literally had the worst air quality in the world. I just said fuck it and got a respirator for when I'm outside. Been very helpful. Adding filters to air conditioning units is also good if you are able to.
