The whole table talking about how *someone* needs to stop a particular player's obvious plan, but everyone expecting somebody else to commit to actually doing it is how I've secured a streak of victories at Hansa Teutonica against my group. "Guys, we need to stop him." "Yeah, you should stop him." "What? No, I have plans for my turn, you stop him." Good on Holly and Jon for following through, even if it didn't work out in the end.
