Hail to the Nerbs! 

It's Patreon Exclusive Board Game Club time and this month we're taking on No Thanks! as voted for by you!

No Thanks! is a wonderful little card game where players are trying to have the lowest possible score by using tokens to say nuh-uh, no way, no thank you very much to cards of different values, run out of tokens and you have to take the card, but you also get to hoover up any tokens spent saying No Thanks! to that particular number.

It's super simple, super fun and we had a blast playing it so uh... thanks!

You're going to be waiting a while. Legally they can say nothing until the investigation is over, and when done in a business context rather than some mates on YouTube these things take months.

As they themselves have stated, they cannot legally discuss that. The person involved was an employee of the company and the UK's laws are complex when it comes to work disputes. If getting an answer beyond "he's not actively on the channel at this time" is necessary for you to continue to support, you may need to think about cancelling your membership.

And it's important to remember that they may never be able to legally say everything they want or would like to say. This has happened on other channels before and one of the only reasons some of them were able to discuss it was because the victims and the accuser started discussing it publicly which eliminated the legal requirement of privacy.

Am I the only one who thought they meant a BotC game? I'm guessing we know the reason we didn't get the one that was either planned or, perhaps more likely, even filmed last month. But it IS the main reason some of us are Patrons. If we never get an August BotC, ah well, not the end of the world. But even just a "Hey for various reasons we couldn't provide a BotC episode last month. We'll be back in September!" would've been appreciated. (Unless I've missed that, or they are planning a make-up)

I also think the original poster was hinting about BotC, because they said 'some other posts', not just 'a post about a certain situation', and Laurie said that we'd be getting two BotC games this month - games which I've also been eagerly waiting for, and am hoping dearly that one might be out this weekend, even though I have no idea <3
