The Powers moved to Willow Creek four years ago. The official story goes like this: Frank had an opportunity to work as a private attorney there, and the city is well known for its very good schools. But there's another version, one that's been around for ages. Dakota, a brilliant astronaut, is investigating strange phenomena occurring near the house they bought in Pendula View. Some people even believe that something weird is going on in the basement of their house.
