Colorful Waterfront Houses 🐚🌈 | The Sims 4 Speed Build

Hi loves! I finally finished my second speed build! YAY!⬇️ I think I did a way better job this time with my building process and edit so it's more enjoyable to watch... HOPEFULLY. This is a huge build and it was a lot of fun to create, especially because I never really did anything in Sulani before. I hope you'll like the build, the household and, of course, the video! (Btw, video editing with a kitty next to you is HELL.) And if you want me to build anything specific, let me know in the comments! 💟 CHAPTERS 00:00 Intro 00:11 Exterior 06:42 Exterior (details, docks, roofs, windows, landscape, lighting...) 15:16 Community Space Exterior 17:03 Community Bar 18:58 Community Space Interior 21:29 Artist house 25:19 Mermaid house 27:35 Family house 36:42 Fisherman house 43:11 Outro (cinematic) 💟 BUILD DETAILS [NO CC] · Residential · §488,414 · 40x30 · Sulani 💟 MODS I USE Better BuildBuy & T.O.O.L. by TwistedMexi 💟 SOCIALS Gallery ID - LadyChaosWorlds Patreon - patreon.com/LadyChaos Bluesky - ladychaosworlds.bsky.social Tumblr - ladychaos.tumblr.com 💟 PLAYLIST [Courtesy of www.epidemicsound.com] 1.
