New Appaloosa Terminal 🛤️ (Patreon)

Hi lovelies! It's that time of the week, a new video, a new build and its residents! You can go watch the speed build here and as always you can download everything here and on the Gallery. There are two versions of the build, residential or residential rental.

Take care and stay safe. 💜

New Appaloosa Terminal [CC-FREE]

In the 19th century, New Appaloosa Terminal was one of the busiest places in Chestnut Ridge. But after the city sold the station to investors who had no interest in maintaining it, it fell into disrepair. 15 years ago, the town eventually repurchased it for just $1. Recognizing its historical architectural value, the mayor transformed it into an affordable apartment complex. Today, it is home to a vibrant community that promotes sustainable living.
