OMG! This may be my favorite one yet! Broken Kaz tore my heart into pieces but his reaction at the end was PERFECTION.

My point is made in this chapter, I think! Space police are bad, they are part of some conspiracy, having a vendetta against the Reapers and maybe seek to curtail powerful humans. How much you wanna bet Kaz getting caught by a Reaper was a set up, either the Reaper gets killed or Daniel gets killed, no great loss?

well even with the addition of alex, i hope Kaz gets some more rest. also, IDOL is being oddly transparent. what's the "bad guy" want? Daniel. What can IDOL get easily? Daniel. what does the council NOT want to kill? Laurel(the last reaper in existance). who will most likely make the handoff? the redhead colonel(who wants revenge). the council and the redhead are lucky as heck that Kaz, Daniel, and Alex are all wrapped up in their own BS because if they had a clear minded minute they'd be able to figure it.
