This talk is actually answering to related questions from two different viewers who were so in sync with what they were asking that it just makes sense to put it in one video.  The questions were related to this:

"Balancing one's own energy, understanding the astral planes for the purpose of communication with entities and expanding consciousness – strengthening the function of the third eye"

I added the elements of both viewers questions into one hodgepodge there just so that you as a viewer will understand the context that I'm proceeding from in this question video talk.
