May Patron Chat--Replay/Download (Patreon)

Hail to each ofyou!

I want to express my DELIGHT in the number of folks that joined our live video chat Tuesday!

For those that had audio difficulties, the issue has been resolved for future engagements.  the updates to Zoom have finally been made available to me, and in tests everything is back to normal for everyone that will join us.

The audio is a little bit "tinny" as i had myself to use my phone as a microphone. The good news is that with this update the security of our chats and content is much more secure from unwanted "listeners" (which we didn't have issues with before, but with all the hype Zoom made this update anyway.).

Here is the text link--and there are very important scheduling announcements made in this chat, so if you were not able to join us, please download/stream this chat as it will be pertinent to you.  I also went into some detail in a practice that can help you "break out" of self-destructive mental patterns!
