Poor Grandma J. She’s been through a lot. Christian was manipulative and cruel but he was her son and she loved him. His murder must have destroyed her heart, not just broken it. Now she’s losing touch with reality and her memory.

1) I don't think Marcus should be worried. At least, I hope not. I have a few thoughts about this. It doesn't seem like he feels super secure in his relationship with Makayla. That scene with the piano, really laid it out. Him mentioning this is why he prefers open relationships and she saying he's deflecting, not letting her in, etc. To me, it's a combination of all of that. From their conversation, its like Marcus needs constant reassurance that Makayla loves him. When he mentioned how little she says - I love you - to him, that was definitely insecurity and hurt coming through with that remark. I'm sure that was because of seeing Deon at the restaurant and realizing that's the true reason Mak wanted to leave. We really don't know much about Marcus. He's kind of an enigma. He certainly has trauma. Evidently he has yet to be completely vulnerable with Makayla. Which, as she mentioned, is one of the biggest issues she has with him - refusing to let her in. Even when he had those nightmares/panic attacks, instead of cuddling with her, he went to go cuddle with Milo. Nothing wrong with seeking comfort from your child, but that's a clear indication to your partner that you aren't sharing something with her that seems to be a large part of yourself. 2) Deon's friend is a mess. He should not listen to that fool. Well, maybe when it comes to possible networking opportunities he should. Other than that - hard no. I don't think Deon is quick to jump into serious relationships. Maybe he's just a relationship kinda man. From what I remember of his background, he comes from a relatively stable, grounded family. Possibly that played a significant role in how he approaches his interactions/relationships with women. Or it could just be his nature. 3) First and foremost I am firmly with Makayla and Marcus. However, it was enjoyable seeing her and Deon together. Awkward in the beginning, of course, but that moment where they were just laughing, shooting the breeze, was so nice to see. They obviously have love for each other - no doubt about it. But it also felt kinda like the reminiscing was enough to leave it where it is. *I love Ryan and Deon together. I hope she doesn't listen to her girlfriends about becoming a babymama to secure him. She has a good thing going with him and he even mentioned marriage to his b-ball buddy. Don't jeopardize it, but those seeds of doubt they planted could take root. *Grandma J - I think Christians death affected her tremendously. That emotional and mental heartbreak. Or -- we know she wants Bianca killed by any means. So, maybe Bianca found a way to drug her and mess up her mental state somehow? Just a theory. She does know some hard hitters now.

This episode really saddens me, the scene with Marcus and makayla had me in my feeling so much. I can see where Marcus is coming from with this feeling especially when they had to leave the restaurant secretly, I also think she has feelings for deon still hence why she couldn’t bare to stay and see him, I think they need some time to themselves to talk thing over and figure out what is blocking the onwards process of their relationship. My is going through something apart from old age, it could be dementia and I am so glad you guys highlight these things in your videos of how the real world goes on, I think my should get some help she needs soon. As for the little seen with deon and mak, I hope she gets clarity and think about what she was experiencing when she was with deon, she left that relationship for a reason and I hope she remembers quickly before she does something stupid to mess up this one with Marcus. Well done girls❤️

Aww Grandma J🥺 that’s going to be so sad to see the matriarch of that family turn into a completely different person 😩 … I feel like Marcus constantly worrying and setting doubts is going to push Makayla away, and I don’t want to see thatttttt🥲😂 I really really like Marcus and Makayla but when her and Deon reunited, I realised that Marcus really doesn’t make Makayla laugh the way Deon does and that’s just a fact🙃 so my hope is that Deon and Makayla can reunite, platonically, not romantically because I do feel like they have a real special connection - at the time their romantic relationship was right for them but they’re in a different stage of life now imo.

Another amazing episode! Grandma J first signs of dementia really have me worried, she can be so sweet (except when she’s trying to murder people and stuff 😂). My heart breaks for Marcus, I really hope he and Mak work it out, they’re meant to be ❤️ About Deon’s friendship with our girl, I like it and I hope it stays that way. When they’re together, in a romantic way, it’s just too toxic. Sometimes people work as friends but not as lovers and that’s ok. Can’t wait for the next one

Lovely episode ladies ❤❤❤ 1 * I'm not entirely sure. From what I can tell Makayla is pretty sure in their relationship. She should've told Marcus straight away that Deon was with his girlfriend in the restaurant, because not telling him and him finding out later on, is what causes doubts in Marcus's head. Not saying it's Makayla's fault. That's not what I mean. I genuinely think she loves him and that he loves her, but I've got a feeling that he's also scared. Maybe scared to get hurt, scared to love someone and get his heart broken. Emotionally scared to commit to her and yes, that means scared to let her in. Even tho they have a child together, it feels like he needs reassurance. I hope he doesn't push Makayla away and I hope they get through this. And for Marcus, I hope he finds the courage to let Makayla in at some point. I think he's been through much more in his life than we know. Must be pretty bad if he's that scared. Those are the vibes I'm getting from him. 2 * Well, the guy doesn't sit still, does he? Haha. I think that's just Deon. It's not for me to decide what's best for him. He seems pretty sure about meeting Ryan's parents. No doubts. Ryan's girl-friends on the other hand, pfft. Ladies, they give me just bad vibes. The key to a man's heart is not by lying and getting pregnant with their baby without them knowing. That's just fucked up, so I hope Ryan doesn't listen to them. 3 * Seeing Deon and Makayla's interactions later on; I just got friendly vibes tho. Nothing else. But I can be wrong haha. Wouldn't be the first time 🤣 Can I just say that I think Grandma J staged the whole thing by Deon's house? She's just there to stir the pot. I don't believe the whole dementia theory. I mean it's Grandma J we're talking about. Just think clearly. This woman is clever as fudge. I don't know her intentions but in the first minutes of the episode she was already bombing Marcus with marriage questions. I think she loves Makayla deeply and wants the best for her. ❤❤❤

1. Should Marcus be worried? Before this video, I would have said yes but after seeing Deon and Makayla together...no. I think what Marcus and Makayla both should be worried about is the lack of communication between them. I totally get where Marcus is coming from, Makayla really hasn't expressed how she felt about Marcus until now and honestly it felt a little hollow, and it's true Marcus was her second choice she was ready to jump back into Deon when she was pregnant but he rejected her. Now, in Makayla’s defense she did lay out how her and Marcus relationship grew after the rejection in her song (episode 1 ) and how she realized that he was it for her. As for Makayla, I also understand why she may be hesitant to go all out with Marcus, dude is seriously not very open and shares very little of himself. Seriously, Marcus and Mak need some time alone where it's just them and really have good talk because I can see what is going on now becoming a HUGE problem if they do not deal with it. 2. Do you agree with Deon's friend? Is he too quick to jump into serious relationships? Both Deon and Ryan need new friends...STAT!!!! With friends like these who need enemies! TBH, I really like Deon and Ryan together. I wasn't sure if I was going to like Ryan but after how calm she was with the whole Grandma J situation I’m down with her. Grandma J even threatened to whoop her ass and she didn’t even freak out…..let’s hope she doesn't listen to her silly friends, same for Deon 3. How do you feel about seeing Makayla and Deon together again? I actually liked their interactions in this episode. They seem like old friends who were catching up...lets see if it stays that way. I am on the fence about Grandma J, on one hand she could very well be “acting” like she has memory problems to either motivate Marcus and Makayla to take their relationship to the next level or she really wants Makayla back with Deon. On the other hand, if she is not acting and her memory really is starting to go then yes, Makayla and family need to have a conversation about what to do next for Grandma J. P.S. Milo is the cutest toddler EVER, and Holy Crap, it's bad enough Marcus is hot as hell and pretty freakin awesome y’all just had to go and make him a beautiful piano player!!!! I WANT HIM IN MY GAME NOW, SO I CAN HAVE LITTLE MARCUS BABIES RUNNING AROUND!!!
