Kalix, bicorn and warrior of renown in the Abyssal realm, has served loyally as Malachi's personal guard for many years and the concubus has never shied away from rewarding him with his favor and attention. Lately, though, the bicorn has been experiencing not just sexual desire, but the urge to breed. Under other circumstances Malachi might have been willing to bear a child for the warrior that has saved his life on more than one occasion, but given bicorn offspring's habit of shifting between human and horse forms mid-gestation, he cannot.

Instead, he lures a lone unicorn, Tealdahn, into the Abyssal realm and presents the creature to Kalix as a gift─ a pretty little mate to breed to his heart's content. Any urge the unicorn might have had to resist goes immediately out the window when he beholds the bicorn stallion for the first time. For all they're polar opposites, just being near Kalix fills Tealdahn with a fierce ache─ a primal urge to submit to the stallion and accept his seed that he cannot deny.
