July Reward 2 (Patreon)

With Ulf being the only alpha in the clan, Shen and the other omegas sometimes take beta lovers to pass the time with when their alpha is abroad (or otherwise occupied). This is considered quite the honor among the betas and the blacksmith, Magni, is one of Shen's favorites. Years of working a forge have made him more than strong enough to lift Shen, even when he's heavy with child, and give the pretty omega the pounding he craves.
