Different employees came to get the interns. Ryan's name wasn't called, how was he supposed to know who he was supposed to go with? Then to be accused of being late. 😤 They gave the deadline but did not tell the interns to submit early to allow for editing. They just keep blaming interns for their inability to give proper instructions. The info Jane gave was valid info .....that was needed when the assignment was given. No one checked on them at 4pm to make sure they were ready for editing by 5pm. 😤 Expecting perfection on the first day....I'd want to quit too😡

This production company is a mess. Even the hiring process is questionable. 👀😅

Oh man, not another treat-your-interns-bad show! Hopefully the injustice stops and they start developing good relationships and have fun. They blame the interns for their own lack of communication, incompetence, chaos, and horrible mentorship. Poor interns, especially Ryan. Off and Gun are such amazing actors, why do they keep giving them these mediocre scripts?! They should never have given us Not Me because it set my standards too high. Fingers crossed this gets better and surprises us. 🤞😉
