Mamiya appears to have low self esteem and is extremely insecure. He should focus on his strengths and realize he's in that position for a reason and not be so hard kn himself, especially when Sahashi was trying to be there for him. Of course that's easier said than done and understandable as Mamiya is also somewhat of a perfectionist as well I think.

I do not like Natsume. I don’t understand this self pity and he likes toxic attention. He would be in the pervert’s house already if Nanjo asks him over. Know why? Because that happened. But possibly healthy,emotional time in his boyfriend’s house is a step too far. Just me I guess.
