Hirukawa surprised him. Minase saw a side of him that's different than what he portrays to the rest of the world/what the rest of the world sees. That scene with all the societal voices fighting against Minase's own natural human instinct gave me chills, but glad to see his natural instinct to help won out! Bonding over terrible parents. Them getting to know each other & figuring out what makes the other tick, is gonna be an interesting ride!!!

There is so much pain in this show but it's very well done. I hope that Hirukawa can get support somehow. He's carrying the weight of the world on his battered shoulders

💕💕💕 I know I will be the cry baby in the group. I think the casted an older actor for Haruka so we can handle the beating scenes. If he was as small as his co actor. I would be on the floor already.

Agreed, at least Hirukawa is not a tiny bean but that doesn't make his physical and psychological pain less real (I mean I am sure he was catching this since he was tiny, fortunately we didn't have to see it). I'm struggling with the brutality of this show but the writing and acting are quite good.
