This feels too sloppy to be Dr. Flirt. Like, why would he throw the syringe in the pond? When he could just carry it with him? He would know better. No?! I think both things are happening, he is 'helping people & there's someone else ☠️ ppl). What is this director's beef with Dr. Kan. There is clearly something up!! You can see the hatred in his eyes!!
