Pretty sure they're just cousins on Zixiang's father's side but Zixiang loves him like a brother (he did save his life). There's a whole series right there, tbh. And I think that's what my problem with the show is. It's very frustratingly paced. It feels like Shaopeng and Zixiang have only just gotten together, let alone the side couple (or potential 3rd with the 2 girls), and it also feels like not enough action has happened for there to be an assassination plot going on, after 10 episodes with only 2 episodes left. There just seems like there's more that could have been explored but also somehow they managed to have too much to tie up in the remaining time. I'd love another season, especially because these taiwanese bls usually have a knack for perfect casting and chemistry, with this one being no exception, and so Jin and Raiden would deserve it. These boys put in the work, promotion and fanservice included. But these series are also too often only one-and-done, just ask Nat Chen... so I won't even hope.

ShaoPeng's friend missed her opportunity when she blamed him for getting attacked. She hasn't acted like anything more than a friend until she sees him interested in ZiXiang. Now she knows the fiance has no interest at all in ZiXiang. I hope she gets out of this stupid plot to get men that have no interest in them. Fiance just wants to use him to get away from her parents. I didn't miss the fact that she has other options. Her mother was still setting up dates but she has her mind set on ZiXiang .

Ok friend of family they treat as a daughter wait until the parents find out that we’re working with the enemy to hurt their son. No more coming by family dinners or love. I hope you really able to accept that because Shao wasn’t going to accept you for anything else. Zi life was terrible I see what he acted the way he did when we first met him. The Johnathan story makes me giggle and smile, because for someone who said the sex was so terrible he’s sprung..lol…all I have to say about the NC scene lift me daddy! Lord have mercy!

Argh… his cousin is such a self centered evil jerk! Z loves him and all he can think of is hurting him to get what he wants. I hope he doesn’t hurt S! If he thinks he’s in his way he’ll hurt anyone. First of all, I love the scene with Shaopeng/Zixiang, all of it. The so call cousin/brother, he needs to get a life and leave Zixiang alone. Ok, so you saved his life, dude he’s more than grateful to you but you’re being a little too possessive smh! Shaopeng’s friend and the Zixiang’s so called fiancé really need to find themselves some men/women to play with and leave Shaopeng/Zixiang the hell alone! I can’t stand bi*ches like them on these bl dramas, always wanting someone they can’t have then doing some dirty ass tricks to try and get them! But I love this series! Happy New Year’s Tita🎆🎉🎊
