The Heart Killers - Episode 9

Wow, actual believable gore effects in a GMMTV BL! Not that I’m pro-violence, but when it happens, it’s best that it not just look like a little spilled hot sauce.

Fadel and Style finally "together". The dialogue between them is so adorable, quite a give and take. Tita - interesting synopsis but Fadel and Bison did kill people. I can not see them getting off free. I rather see them escape to a place like an island with Kant and Style. Not sure how Keen will end up. He is unhappy with Mother's attitude toward him.

Josie, your wrapping-it-up theory is reasonable for sure. I’m not sure though that this will be wrapped up through the judicial system. I’m wondering if Keen will dispatch Mother — I’m sure he feels humiliated by her when she disparages him to his face — and him flipping on her at the end with a gun pointed in her direction may be the way he proves to her that she’s wrong. I also wonder if we’re going to see some combo of Mother, the Captain, and Ruerat all trying to take out Fadel and Bison, but taking each other out of the picture. (This all feels way more Wild West to me than it does courtroom drama.) I’m worried, in the meantime, that Heart Killers might stumble in the last episodes, the way that Jojo’s Never Let Me Go stumbled when Pond and Phuwin returned to Krung Thep for the last two episodes. I had enjoyed that series so much up until then, then its last two episodes felt phoned in. Here though, we have three to go, and these are longer episodes, so here’s hoping the last act doesn’t feel rushed but is clever and satisfying! Meanwhile, these four… I wasn’t sure they’d mesh as well as they have, but they really have cast all of them to their strengths here, and while First and Khaotung’s strengths have been obvious (I’ve loved First since Not Me, and the pair of them since The Eclipse), they’ve found new strengths in Joong and Dunk; Joong’s done really well as the tough silent type, and Dunk, whom I credit with the least acting skill among this bunch, is a legitimate hoot in this role. I think I actually look forward to what Style is going to do/say next more than any other character. So, who did Mother hire two years ago, (which actor will be joining the cast as the next hit man?!), and did that character kill Fadel’s ex? Because if that’s the case, Fadel will race Keen to kill Mother. And if it’s found out that Mother did kill Bison and Fadel’s parents, well, all three of them will be gunning for Mother. Anyway, if Mother gets killed off, then Parn can return to playing Dujdao in Cherry Magic Thailand 2, where I totally loved her!

I cracked up when Keen missed the bottle during gun practice. That's why he's not in the field but Mother did give him a chance. I think the person Mother is bringing back will be Fadel's ex. I do agree Mother killed Bison, Fadel and possibly Keen's family. This was a nice bonding episode.

I’m with you Tita! I think Mom liked the parents and Fadel ex because he was trying to leave. Ummm how’s Babe? Did Kant use that same phone and call him. I think Keen is going to try to kill Fadel and Bison for revenge purpose because that yelling speech from Mother hurt his feelings. Loved the reconciliation part because everyone loved each other to sacrifice themselves because we knew Fadel was bull headed. But seeing Style hurt I think he understood Fadel in the hospital room when Bison got stabbed. When the boys find out Mother killed their and the ex and then used them to take out an innocent person yeah it’s time for her to go down. Cause how else did she know these kids existed if their parents were killed. So was Keen parents killed too? That’s how he was there with them? That last scene on the end was Joong/Dunk and First/Khao sitting there

Dru Cross

Why don’t Fadel and Bison just call Mother directly? I think it would clear the air and sort things out. It might also shed light on Keen’s scheming to sabotage them behind their backs.

Rdj

I was thinking she hired the ex and that's why he disappeared. But it could be just like you said. She is always trying to talk them out of leaving.

Wanitta D Belleh

Idk if she killed the parents(or just took advantage of their death), but she definitely had Fadel's ex killed to stop him from leaving. When they find out what she did & that she's trying to get rid of them now 😬

Your comment about other possible hitmen appearing is interesting. I may be incorrect in this as I watch too many BLs and ones that are a week between episodes make it difficult to remember all characters. Having said that, "My Drama List" lists two support character I don't believe we've seen yet, "Knot" played by Paul Lohawatanakul and "James" played by Jay Dangurai.

Cute softie hit men and their boyfriends. lol At least Keen isn’t super competent. I'm surprised he gave up so fast... I shot at them once and missed, guess I'm done. How does he think his boyfriend is safe? Keen's not the smartest. I thought Style knew his ex was dead, not that he ghosted him, hm. It was clearly Mother who made him disappear. Mother needs to be taken down! Maybe Keen will take her down, lol. I don't know how they will be able to get away from all the people who want to either kill them or put them in jail for being murderers. Sigh. We'll see...

I am enjoying the reunion of. Everyone. How is this going to be an happy ending. Even, in the History Trappped, he still had to go to prison.

Fadel curling up in Style's lap like a kitten was end game.
