Love that I was smiling the whole episode

Viewers are served crumbs because the entertaining moments in this series are few and far between. Unfortunately, Mark has to work hard to make this series tolerable. Even some of his performances seem forced. If paired again, Mark and Ohm deserve creatives who will cultivate their natural gifts. Overall, the storyline is weak, scattered and most of the performances are off. In a growing market, GMMTV may lose its favored position as the leading producer of BL stories because it mass produces forgettable series.

It seems they "owed" Mark a series where he would be a lead character. I agree with your overall assessment.
