So far, this series is a fun ride. And I'm a wiling passenger. Jom, Yo and even the three teens are likable, especially Oat: he's a mood. The enemies to lovers trope is established and Yo will, of course, mature and learn valuable life lessons from Jom. Though not original, this formula may work in this series.
