The family drama and unethical business intrigue add some much-needed interest to this floundering storyline. Chances are, the unreliable writers will poorly develop these plot points, too (sigh). Surprisingly, I enjoyed the banter between Yo and Earn. A messy, bitchy Yo is quite entertaining..(grin). However, it is always irritating when female characters in BLs are toxic, persistent and "thirsty", especially when the male lead shows no interest in them. Framing women in this manner is demeaning and limiting. This sexist trope needs to die from overuse. Although Yo is developing feelings for Jom, the fact that Jom put the moves on Yo from the very start gave groomer vibes or, at least, defined him as an extremely aggressive, unwanted suitor. No writer thought his behavior (including the thigh grab in this episode) was creepy?
