The Next Prince - Episode 9

And just like that (good show this season, btw), I was back to admiring Khanin again. Loved him this episode, and I need this energy to carry throughout the rest of the series. Grandpa's as good as croaked soon, and Khanin's the only heir. He's not gotten bratty enough now quite frankly, it's what he says, goes. Have they made the grandfather a cartoon villain, yes, because what could he so possibly have against improving the mine work conditions when people are dying?? Unless he's a demon?? All these boys need to kill their forefathers! And speaking of fathers, I find it hilarious they're bringing back Thatdanai now when Khanin's been too horny to think about him in episodes. Perhaps they could have dedicated a scene or two to remembering that bond that was so touching in the beginning. Combine it with one of the abundant product placement moments, good lord.

This is the first time I have really liked Kahnin as a character. He had some backbone this ep. The 👑 is terrible & capable of awful things; BUT I feel like he's not behind the Ramil shooting 🤷🏿‍♀️. Seems too easy ? A lot of manipulation/mind games going on.
