Memoir of Rati - Episode 7

Comments

Ian Clabon

The Baron makes so little sense, that there has to be more to it that's yet to be revealed, why he's so stubbornly single-minded in his hate. He's so deeply insecure and angry, and this is all just a giant fit of projection. He's overcompensating for something, big time. There's no redeeming him now, I still need him put down like a rabid dog immediately, but I wonder if there's some secret in his family that's yet to come out that he knows and that his ego can't accept. I hope we find out sooner rather than later, because I need him dealt with already. And how can a HEA realistically be possible for Thee and Rati at this time in society? This series better still give them one, screw historical accuracy, lol.

This story takes place about 40 years before I was born, but growing up in the 60s and 70s, I can definitely identify with what Thee and Rati are going through. Things really didn't change much until the mid to late 1970s, and even then, the process was very slow. So, I agree with you that what Thee did at the end was very brave and risky. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for both Thee and Rati and for Mek and Dech. It will also be interesting to see how Dech's father handles the prospect of his own son being in love with another man. LOVE this show as much as I loved "I Feel You Linger ...". See you next episode!

So freaking scared for Thee. Maybe Ming can show up and burn down the whole town. I cant see a happy ending.
