Love in the Moonlight - Episodes 11-12

I really enjoyed this series. Having been alive at the time, I can identify with the predicaments that Saenkaew and Sasin found themselves in. I can also understand the process that Pin had to go thru to cope with the events surrounding and encompassing her. Because "polite society" was so unyielding to anything "different" back then, many women of the time found themselves caught up in the machinations that gay men had to go thru just to survive back then. But I think it was also realistic to portray those who were supportive and tried to understand and help when they saw gay men in love finding trouble. I know western societies were beginning to change at that particular time, but I'm not sure if Asian societies followed the same timeline. There were so many "heroes" in this series from Homthip to Songsawat to Rachawadee to Sanya ... and most importantly in the last episode, Grandma! I agree with you that it was ok to leave any connection between Pin and Sanya as an open end. Maybe at some point they would get together, but it was not important for this series. I think the redemption arc for Saenkaew's father was somewhat truncated, but there was a bit of a time constraint. The one-year time jump does help a bit there, as it assumes that father maybe had some time to reflect on his actions, especially in light of what Grandma said to him after the boys left on the train. I assume Saenkaew and Pin remained "married" to keep the family bond going, and I'm glad the family included Pin as one of them at the end. I still maintain that this is truly a sleeper hit for 2025, and I hope it gets the recognition it deserves.

This series is a masterpiece in its script and acting, for me, it is equivalent to 'Reset" and "7 Days Before Valentine".
