Unpopular opinion: I have zero objection to this. He and his father caused a lot of deaths, pains and sorrows 🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️ Knowing what he knew about what his father did, he still went ahead and tried to kill Phu 😒🤷🏿‍♀️ All that said This was traumatizing for Nava.

I believe Prapai sacrificed himself for Nawa, that is how much he loved him. Prapai had no love for Phu and Phu had no love for him. I know this is a love story but Phu should have been dead by the time it took for him to recieve the merman blood. I wonder how Phu is gonna feel knowing the blood coursing thru his body is that of his arch enemy. Like the back story of Silp, the bar/restaurant owner. His story sheads some light on how he knew intimately so much about the merfolk lore. Now I know why Prapai was like he was, he was influenced by his dad and the desire to keep merfolk and humans seperate.
