Quite cutely done — even though I’m trying to adjust to actors who are between half a dozen and ten years older than their characters are! I get that it’s rare to have actors play characters their same age when we’re talking students… but I wish these four were maybe 18 and looked 15, not 20 or 24 and looked, well, they all look like they’re in their 20s! Anyway, otherwise, it’s very close to the manga, so… good! (And yeah, the OTT “Huuuuuh?!” was funny and charming!)

Hi Tita Josie. It's great you are reacting to this. I was looking forward to this series and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a version with English subtitles. so I bought Vol 1 of the Manga. Luckily it follows it almost perfectly so I was able to know what was happening. But then I found one with subtitles , so it's all good. The annoying thing is, Vol 1 finishes at the start of the 3rd episode and I assume Vol 2 & 3 are the rest of the series, but for some reason they don't come out until Jan and April 2022. The Manga is worth reading. Like in Anime, I love the way they draw the over the top expressions and reactions. All the actors in the series do a great job. I just love Aoki's "Huuuuuh!!!"

Hey Amanda! I've been hearing about Kieta Hatsukoi for a while now, so I was so happy to find subs for it. I already know this is going to be one of my faves for 2021. 🥰💖 - Tita Josie
