I knew that Phap will start to break down those walls Maze built up but what I hoping for is that Neung doesn't come back and start to mess with Maze emotions when it gets to the point of moving on with Phap. Things like that 😤 rub me up the wrong way.

About the whole stepbrother thing, it's a trope that I really dislike especially when it's two people who have been raised together and lived together since they were young children. I think or at least I hope in the case of this show, that Maze and Neung don't love each other romantically but just care about each other very deeply in a younger brother and older brother kind of way. Like when Maze hears that Phap thought he and Neung were ex-partners he said that was "nonsense". And I think the reason Maze was deeply hurt when Nueng said that he was moving for the sake of his girlfriend is because Maze assumes that their relationship as a family should be more important to Neung than his relationship with his girlfriend. Like Maze said to Neung in that scene "Aren't I a loved one too?". And I assume in that scene Maze was young and they said his mother had just passed so he was even more dependent on Neung. As with Neung's reaction to Phap, I think and I hope, that he's more so being protective of Maze like a big brother because even if they're not as close as they were before, they still care for each other. Whatever "jealousy" Maze felt and is feeling with regards to Neung and Yacht's character is because he misses his brother, has a lot of regret and he wants to be close with him.

I hope you're right. Like you, I get very uncomfortable with that trope. 👀 Hopefully they'll clear out the issue in the next episodes. 🥰
