It was cute but not the best. The whole he was a wizard again in the beginning and some parts felt long. However, the ending saved it. 6/10

I really loved that movie, all the emotions from the series rushed back to me. Knowing the japanese mentality with family and all, the acceptance of Kiyoshi's family was great and well played, the father in fact was particulary good (when he switch the naming from Kurosawa-kun to Yuishi... it was perfect). Yuishi's family was well played with the hesitation but it would have been more real to portray a family that is not ready to accept but still let there son be himself; that would have been more japanese. Despite all my good feels, I still think my appreciation is dependant of the love I got of the series. If the movie was not a sequel of the series, it would not have been that emotionnal.

Cherry Magic is my fave BL. Most BL only expose you know wht rather than exploring true feeling & emotions thts why im so attached to this series. So happy you react this movie, tita. I have no clue, to be honest. I think the movie was only released on DVD and the copies we see online were ripped from the DVD. 🍒💖

Wikipedia currently shows 24 districts within Japan recognizing Civil Unions, out of how many districts I have no idea. The first district to recognize them was the Shibuya ward of Tokyo in 2015, so it appears that areas can decide on their own. The 25th area will be Hida in Gifu, although a date is still to be decided apparently. Anyway, here’s to nationwide acceptance in Japan, and marriage equality in more and more places, and eventually everywhere, some day, because of wonderfully written stories like this and the dedication of activists around the world to stand up for what’s right, often at great personal cost. Those people humble us. What a lovely film! 🏳️‍🌈💗

I was a little stunned at first… and then I remembered that I love wtFOCK S3 and SKAM France S3 even more than the original… so while I cannot imagine anyone bettering the Japanese adaptation of the original manga, I know that good remakes can happen!

I am more worry than excited. Baker Boys was an adaptation of Antique Bakery and it was terribly made. I am so afraid they destroy the magic of the OG series with crude humour or misplaced quiproquo...

Just to add some info. The job transfer is pretty a nice deal. Adachi will have a salary increase of 20 %, allowance with housing, transport and a special amount to personnal leisure. For an 8 months project, I would go immediatly. Because there is Facetime or any media we could use to see and talk. That was just to give some info..
