A very cute start to the series. What a weird disease to have. It did come in handy when he and Bow were at the bus stop and she wouldn't quit babbling and it started raining. Girls do have such high voices. Younger brother was lucky Lomfon didn't "deck" him. Kid's rather rude. I agree Tita telling the kids on Tai's birthday they are divorcing is terrible. I know how Tai felt when to stubbed his toe on the bed. Every swear word I know comes out when I do it. Can't wait to see how this romance works out. Wonder if Phat realizes who he was sitting with in the cafe. (Sigh, I do miss P'Cir and N'Phugun).

I started this episode like a few hours ago and I watched like the first two minutes and I turned it off cuz it kind of grated my nerves lmao. The narration says that people with this disease feel like they're cut off from the world and that sounds so off to me. Basically this disability would make one partially deaf. But like completely deaf people exist in the world and Idk saying they're cut off from the world sounds kinda off to me. Maybe I'm sleepy and reading too much into it... but it made me tilt my head and I feel like I've been watching too much good BLs lately so I lost the capacity for hate watching. Do tell me if the watch feels worth it...

Oh, I am going to be so obsessed over this show. I have a feeling we’re gonna get a little bit of heartbreak, but I’m here for it. This first episode was really interesting it was beautifully done. I can’t wait to see next week. I have already watched it like 4 times lol so good

It was a slow start but that's expected due to the introductions but I expect it to pick up here. I am already interested in this idea as I previously watched a non Bl with the same basis and it was pretty good. I like the characters so far. Also dear Tien you're a cutie but who says omg here's the book I've been trying to get a copy of, it's finally available only to immediately put it down and say I'll come back to it like of course someone is gonna take it and ps you couldn't hold the book while browsing, lol ok rant over. I'm interested to see episode 2 and I wonder if Phat realized it was Tai as they can't hear anything but each other when it rains so would it register to Phat that the sound is coming from behind him? Guess we'll see next episode.

What was Phat about to say? Was he about to give up on the pursuing or Is he moving? Because if they don’t experience the same rain they cannot communicate anymore. Also, why can’t they speak? Considering it happens so often (on/off) they still should be able to order items and such. Is it deaf and mute situation?

Loved it! The scene with the song was so cute how he heard the instruments to the words. I smiled throughout the whole meeting at the coffee shop

So Saengtai confirmed it was him, since he was obviously checking out his ID earlier and he wrote down phats name on his laptop. But phat probably missed the timing. He was already walking out by the time it started raining, so him stopping to answer saengs question was him being taken aback that saeng initiated a convo with him?

I too felt that way hearing it at first. But thinking about it again, I imagine it feels different being permanently deaf verses being "hearing" say 99% of the time and deaf 1% that switching back and forth could make you feel cut off. For a lack of better example let's say "you can't miss something you've never had". idk if that explaination makes any sense or gets across what I'm trying to say

I was looking forward to this one, and was not disappointed by this ep. I enjoy the bond between Tai & Tien. Looking forward to how it unfolds. Plus it was nice seeing so many familiar faces

I dont think so. It's probably easier to write because if they speak the listener will assume they are hearing and will speak back/try to have a conversation

I thought about it after I wrote the comment. In this case, Tai is purposefully hiding from Phat. So he doesn’t speak because he doesn’t want to be heard by him. It took me a while to let it sink in.

Yes. I don’t think Phat can sense the location of the voice. (So he doesn’t know Tai is behind him). I see his surprise because Tai actually talked to him ‘out of the blue’. I predict the little cat will be the excuse Tai uses to go see Phat to the animal clinic now.

After watching it a few more times I wanted to figure out what the significance of the cat scene was. Tai was in the café and Pat walked in on his coat It says animal Hospital, so he’s a veterinarian. Tai hopefully will bring his cat to see dr Pat!! I can’t wait

Definitely. It is actually the only voice he can hear, that’s powerful. But I think his surprise was that it’s the first time ‘his soulmate’ initiates contact. Not because he put together is Tai behind him. Now in the other hand, he was awfully personal with Tai at the cafe for an ‘stranger’
