The casting director for the series deserves kudos for finding such an amazing find in Tane. I cried during his story and then adorable Tane just made it all better with his little hug and pat on the head. I agree with you that his adoptive parents really did nothing and let their biological child run wild. Like they let him eat alone since he was a kid.

I got teary-eyed seeing Yutaka's hands shake behind the picture but the waterworks truly started with Tane's head pats. Such a healing episode and a surprise kiss. I hope they get over the awkwardness soon next episode so we can get some cuteness.
