I really like this webtoon, and I feel like I'm probs gonna like this but I'm very dissapointed by the casting. In the webtoon Chan is a lot darker than this and there was no comment on his dark skin from what I remember (though it's entirely possible that I erased it from my memory) I can't help but feel like it's the screenwriter's colourism coming through, not to mention that he's no dark at all. He was also like as big as a bear, but if that actor's skin was darker I probs wouldn't mind as much. Also, his satoori ( accent) kinda sounds forced... either I'm gonna watch it all but I'm kinda bummed.

I am so into this way more than Star Struck. That show never connected to me for some reason. This show is cute, the guys are hot, fantastic countryside and most of all a cute dog as a character. What's not to love?

The color of a person's skin shouldn't really determine whether you like a series or not. I find the series very refreshing and it captivated me from the very first episode. Big city meets rural population. I love the characters portrayed....

I really liked it too! I have a feeling this will be one of my fave KBLs this year. 🥰💖

I find the character actor of Suh Ye Chan particularly refreshing and endearing

Oh my word Chan is adorable love his character ❤️ They are a perfect match!!!! I lived in a small town for 10 years and yes everyone knows everyone and always helping each other out. I’m going to love this series

This is like Once Upon A Small Town the BL version it's so cute.

John Marquez

Oh my gosh. This is adorable. Yechan is a big baby! And was I the only who is thinking that’s the missing goat on the last scene. Lol. Yechan pls save the goat, you can check your feelings later 😂

I see your point. Sorry you are disappointed. If it helps I don’t think they are trying to hide that part of the story. But to find in Korea an actor willing to portray a gay character that has kept an original satoori and dark skin… the chances are very very slim. While expanding, the pool of talent is still limited.

Kenise Harvey

Pretty decent start I was excited to check it out as I had read some of the source material before I found out it would be a series. Both actors are super cute in their own way.
