While they change a lot from the original source. I still didn’t like Tai’s character there even less now. I get it, they are trying to say, as it is in my experience, that soulmates are not only couples. It’s could be a good friendship. Hence more than one in this version of the series. Tai has this idea that the soulmate should be a destiny problem* proofed path. No effort. Not choice. And for that he is very much messed up. Every relationship needs work and commitment. While personally don’t agree with the mothers choice or behavior (after having the kids and using the kids as excuse) I like how they left it in. As you said Tita, being an adult is acknowledging our parents are just mere humans that also made mistakes. So the not* fairy tale explanation of their divorce is also reality check ok.

First of all, how did Patts know tjat Tai was going to be at that café? That's not his usual spot. When he came in we both groan. Why come in when Tai and Lomfon are seemingly "kissing"?
