Edo Wonderland is a real place, just south of Kinugawa Onsen in Nikko, Tochigi, where this was filmed, and which is about a three hour train ride pretty much straight north of Tokyo. I’m still not too big on the show (I think the characters are all pretty weakly written and either dim-witted or just poorly directed). I’m here for the actors and now the travelogue!
