Issues accessing my videos on Patreon/Vimeo (Patreon)

Update: Patreon Support has replied to me and has asked everyone who is encountering access issues to file a ticket with them directly. The link is here: support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Below is the reply I got from Patreon:

"Checking into this for you, all of these members appear to have access as expected. In these situations, it's usually best if the member reaches out to us directly. That way we can take a look at their account and troubleshoot with them on our end.

Feel free to direct members with technical difficulties or payment related questions to our Help Center to send us a note. At the top of the help center they’ll find a “Submit a Request” button where they can get in touch with us.

We're happy to work with them to figure it out!"

Hi Everyone!

I received a few messages from some of you that are unable to view my reaction videos on Patreon/Vimeo, so I filed a ticket with Patreon support for them to look into this. The support ticket ID is #2274639. I have checked the videos though that I uploaded in the past 3 days on both mobile and laptop, and I can access them fine. I have seen some comments as well that some of you are not having issues, but I would like to get this sorted for those of you that are.

If you are likewise having an issue viewing my videos, can you please send me a message so I can have a look at your account? Apologies, and hopefully we can get this sorted as soon as possible! 🙏🏼
