Cherry Magic (anime) - Episode 5

I didn’t say anything last week, but I thought episode 4 was the first one to feel okay, having slowed down somewhat after having sped through the first three episodes. This one continued that, and yup, had more feeling to it, so I agree that this anime is getting better. It is, by far, the closest adaptation to the original manga, and this episode felt like it was copied straight from the original material. All that said, I still don’t really like it, and I’m still just watching out of curiosity more than anything. As soon as Rokkaku opens his mouth and some ridiculously nasal voice comes out, supposedly for comic effect?, I’m reminded that this is just low-grade product… but it is better than it started out!

Yay they did a way better job of pulling off an emotional connection and and BL shipper scenes were hilarious 😂
