Just caught up. This was a good beginning. I agree the boss and the son are horrible but Kai's boss was upsetting. He knows he is all Kai has and to tell his son "Do as you wish" was cruel. Just because Kai's expectations are low doesn't mean you can just treat him any kind of way.
