Dead Friend Forever - Episode 9

"Smack, smack" Tita. This gets more interesting. Poor Non's Mom and Dad. Police corruption doesn't help either. Fabricating evidence concerning Non and the teacher where abouts. Nice tushy scene though. Go Tan and Phee. I'm on your side.

Ok. I'm satisfied with maybe 95% of how the pieces came together, but I still think it taking them 3 years (and it could have been more) to "succeed" with their plan is a bit ridiculous, and Non still needs to actually be dead now for any of this to be justified. And they and we still don't know what actually happened to him. That preview with Tee better be it. It's been long enough. Or maybe that'll be the big headflip bomb-drop twist of the series, not that Non's dead, but that he's alive and Tee knew, and "Tan" has gone too far and become the real villain made insane by his own guilt (I don't feel bad for him and his family - they had their part to play in this as well). It could still go so many ways. Also, I still understand Jin. This group never bullied anyone else, only Non that we were ever shown, so while I know he should have done more to mediate and reform the group in their treatment of Non, he's not evil for not dropping the otherwise non-toxic friend group he'd been a part of for years(?). So why did they bully Non in the first place, we ask? For all this twisty, messy horror story to happen, lol. My mind changes every episode now, smh. Let's remember that all of them except for Tee only knows for sure that Non disappeared, and that it was probably under his own steam, that he must have run away from home or got into his own trouble after Tee told them he brought Non home that day he had his mental break at the cabin. They don't know anything about the hit Tee's uncle had out on Non or why. So either Non's alive and now Tan (and Phee) are even worse people than this group for being murderers, the direct cause of 2 deaths and counting (who strung up the line of wire that beheaded the uncle?), or Non is dead, and then only Tee (and his uncle and their thugs) deserves to die, I'd say. I'm back in, I guess. I really needed that week to breathe in breathe out about this series, lmao. We just needed answers finally! That's both Keng and Non together in front of Tee's uncle and his men in the preview. So they weren't killed and that news image of them leaving on a bus wasn't faked! They were just forced to leave and make no contact. So this all really is just sad misunderstandings and misguided tragedy.

I am really not sure how I feel about this. One, it was just a few months to sleep with Jin and labeling it 'trying to get information' correct me if I'm wrong but you can get information from someone without sleeping with them, right? He came back to reality, the reason why he was investigating Nons disappearance when he saw a news headline about said disappearance so he put distance between himself and Jin. Two, him and Non did something, that kiss in bed after what was maybe handjobs, they kissed we know and maybe he was saving himself for Non, he knew Non was going through a rough time and didn't push. Three, whether he fell for Jin or didn't feel like he was getting much in the way of investigating because he should have gotten farther on three years. Jin was a big part of Nons bullying problem, how much of this did he forget and was being tricked and blackmailed into sex with the teacher if he has cared to listen to why Non did it. I want to be on his side, I mean he set this up with New but goes off with Jin was everyone is in a chemically induced haze and he is off confessing to Jin when he needs to keep his shit together. I get why New was mad after he found out the two slept together. Right now, for me he is part of the problem when he is supposed to be looking into it. The parents, the mother's guilt over how she treated Non was what killed her. The father finding out his son was not in London but home and being disappointed for his son not being on the pedestal he set him on is on him. No parent is perfect but both of them went about it the wrong way and blamed the kids for their mistakes. No matter how this ends, whether or not Non is dead I am on his side for wanting revenge for how these boys treated him. Revenge is never the answer I know but at least he had a plan which is more than I can say for News partner in crime.

This sounds so crazy just reading your thoughts on it.
