My bigest complain is the pacing. It is going way too fast, A period drama like this one should be on a 15 episodes basis; like ep01 the youth of George, ep02 entirely in France, and so on.

oooh see i didn't feel that way at all watching. I love the pacing, sometimes i feel like period dramas feel slow and not much happening sometimes. I'd happily have more of george haha but i like the amount of episodes. It does the job and nothing feels boring or slow :)

Ok. As a mama I will take note that after you poison someone you should cut their throat. 😱 This was so intense. It didn’t matter about the sex at all. The ruthlessness of the rich and powerful. No joke. I liked the pacing. No one has time for courtship in this period.
