Patch v0.7.11.1 (Patreon)

First follow up patch for 0.7.11.0:

• Gaussian Blur now applies no upper limit to the strength of the blur before censoring, previously v0.7.11.0 had set this limit to around 90.
  

• Fixed Gaussian Blur and Diffusion Blur not working on mobile.

• Fixed the Security page not updating immediately after the lock settings became valid or invalid from input changes.

• Fixed not being able to use control actions in many inputs in options.

• Fixed the toggle for enabling/disabling the extension in options being clickable, although useless, while locked.

• Fixed ongoing video overlays breaking when certain configuration changes occurred, particularly ones to Mixed or to Caption.

• Fixed some tooltips not displaying.

• Fixed certain configurations of Mixed mode with Random entries not working.
