Considering the setting, which looks like the playroom Eiko and Yaseiji were in in some episode, the bangs, and Hiro's face in the latest previews. I think it's Yaseiji, maybe. Maybe Hiro took control and had a memory of baby Manda, which triggered the reaction and a regret for hitting him (It's a completely crazy theory in my head but it makes sense to me hahaha)

I don't believe they are Ichiban's children, in chapter 1 of Spring Days Shoto says in shock that Ichiban is 17 years old and is already the father of two children, taking into account that he is currently 25, the children are at least 8 years old, which can be proven with the image of the Sato family on Halloween, the children are already big, they are not small. Another good guess is Eiko, because she, Shoto, and Yaseiji are the three with the biggest eyes of all the siblings, and this child's eyes are adorable. But I don't think it's Eiko, she's not there yet.introduced into the story, and I think in the context of the last chapters it is most likely our beloved Manda (But I could be wrong too, I love the work so much that I get carried away with my theories, blame it on the anxiety for the next chapter of this marvel hahaha)
