All chapters are complete, and we are in the process of organizing the chapters, our last step in our production process. Please be patient; we know everyone is eager to read them. However, unless stated otherwise by us, there won't be delays regarding the chapters.  The chapters will be posted later, and for some of you, that may be the next day. We are doing our best.
