You are not prisoners to your pledges. (Patreon)

Hey guys,
We have a few issues we'd like to discuss. We usually don't mention anything about comments until absolutely necessary, since we want everyone to freely express themselves about the story. It's your right to do so because you're paying for it. However, we reserve the right to remind some of you that if you are unsatisfied with the service, you may terminate your membership or drop the story. You are not a prisoner of your pledge. You have the option to remain or leave if we do not meet your expectations.
We are a two-man team, unlike some of your other favorite authors. We do everything ourselves, with no aid from anybody other than our two-man team. Indeed, INKR is our publisher. However, we just published LMB on their site. It implies we have to handle every part of the production. As your other authors are working on the chapter, they submit it to their publishers and most times, the company completes the remainder, such as 'Lettering, editing, translating, and cleaning up.' Some even have employees in charge of backdrops, shading, and lighting.
Claiming we don't have a deadline for our work is really rude. Do some of you honestly think chapters can be created at random? Without any planning? Everything is timed from start to finish. Yet, we are not machines, and we will never be flawless. It's a bit of a stretch to claim that all chapters are late.
We make every effort to communicate effectively, but our message will be lost if some of you see us as robots and machines rather than real people.
Some of you complained about longer chapters, which we accommodated. Nevertheless, did you realize that longer chapters need more production time? We work very hard on LMB to make sure you guys get the best quality possible.
Please be mindful of what you say. We read most of your comments, and we cannot respond to them as we only want you guys to discuss the story amongst yourselves.
Thank you for reading.
