Dear PatronsYou probably weren't expecting a new Honest Government Ad so soon after the last one, but these are historic times - so here I am with the preview for a new Honest Government Ad.I hope you like how it's sounding - and as always a reminder that this is just the audio. Some things (like the graphs) will make sense when you can see the video -  tomorrow!I left out the Authorised By message for this one because we have a special guest delivering it, and I want it to be a surprise :)I hope this finds you all wellGiordano

“Trees need […] space—which we prefer to let billionaires compensate their dicks with”

Peter Todd

Ohhhh, special guest ?!?!? Intrigue.....

Clive Hulett

I’m convinced that you are the most reliable source of real information. Well done yet again – looking forward to the video

Robert Bismuth

Epic! Well done ... applies to pretty much every government ... hmmm ... scratch that. Applies to EVERY government that attended COP26. Part of the issue I see is a "not on my watch" thought process: the length of time it takes to stop climate change before we can't is longer than people governing can think about, so why not leave corrective measures for future governments to deal with? Greed now, votes now, power now, arrogance now, and someone else in the future can deal with the hard stuff. Who cares about future generations anyway? After all, they don't vote in the next election ... and they certainly can't provide any money in the present ...

Mark D Larsen

Excellent, Mates! The shape of the graph says it all! Can’t wait to circulate this honest ad… from the “government” —any all all governments on this planet.

Graeme Fraser

Excellent. Quite a lot of different ideas in a short video. Look forward to seeing the visual one.

Paul Boland

Well it’s such a nice message first thing in the morning, G. I especially like the message that it’s an experiment on the only planet that we know supports life. It has come to this. Oh dear… my grandchildren. Keep going hard.

Redreamer - Wendy Bandurski

"GoodBUY" indeed. What can i say - #fasterthanexpected and #worsethanpredicted and yeah..... we do live in 'interesting times' indeed. So much shitfukkery.

doug johnson

I think you have it. The only thing that is going to work is reducing our world population. 8 billion is probably 6 billion more than we need. Tech will not save the planet.

Sandra Kirby

‘PLanphlet’! Labor could run an amusing but truthful campaign ad based on Morrison plans, announcements and deceits. Perhaps they could commission Juice Media, Giordano?

Annie Leschen

Oooh, I hope it's the Department of Blah, Blah, Blah and that a certain activist will deliver it!

Richard Ong

Global warming is nonsense. The computer models all come in high. Carbon dioxide is a trace gas in the atmosphere. The big yellow ball in the sky (not seen during the night) is what drives conditions on earth.

Gregory Bradley

The wonderful thing about climate change is that it will do that for us.

Gregory Bradley

The sad part is that it will get rid of the 90% who don't emit and not effect the 10% who are causing the problem, us, much at all.

Gregory Bradley

Actually, the modelling comes in low, but don't let stuff like facts and science cloud your "thinking".

Oliver Kunz

Hey, awesome - just the video that is needed. One important fact doesn't make it into the media - for some very strange reason that i really can't explain: The planet has been heating by about 0.4 degC over the last 10 years- allow me to repeat: 0.4 degC in the LAST 10 years (NASA link below).. Being now at 1.1 degC and emitting at record levels what do we reckon the temperature will be in 10 years? It's really tough maths, I know (that's probably why no scientist ever tries to attempt it - And just for the fun of it, let's attempt to take this exercise even further (for the ridiculously smart amongst us): What would be a reasonable estimate for the temperature to be in 20 year's time factoring in a bit of extra heating from the ridiculous amounts of GHG that we are going to emit in that time frame - and all those activated tipping points ... ? Phew - so hard to fathom what a a bullshit fucked up, surreal shit-fuckery cult colonialist-capitalism really is. "Homo Sapiens - Wise Man" Keep making those videos ... it's so good to not feel completely alone. Love and care and all my best wishes to all of you. https://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/

John Simpson

A very important video and message indeed, we all need to call out the shitfuckery of Smirko and Co. Being slightly tone-deaf in one ear I need to see the video because the sound to me is a bit muddy because of the background music. Yes I do get a bit annoyed when I watch video's that have background audio far too loud. Background music is not important, it should not interfere with the clarity of the video. Looking forward to seeing the video and who the special guest speaker is, could it be Greta? no, I doubt it but anything is possible these days. Keep up the brilliant work guys and how about slowing the pace of the video's a little so we can read what you show.

Lewis Emmett

I agree with you about the background noise and the video's pace. I find I need subtitles on to understand the video's content, as I can't keep up with the speed of the words. I am looking forward to seeing the visuals with this one!

marcus collins

Great work TJM Team! I have a suggestion maybe the graph should get floppy because it's as impotent as the Australian Gov climate policy...

marcus collins

Oliver thanks for the nasa link, what a great simple single webpage showing clear info, I love the fact that the pages title is just one word "Facts". A great link to share

Peter Todd

And.... you nailed that one, well guessed Annie :)

thejuicemedia

Not only did you nail the special guest, you even guessed the line! I'm impressed and also a bit amazed haha! 💛💛

John L Smith

Again a wonderfully concise story of the shitfuckery of this government and all governments. Well done!

Stefan Urbat

That sounds truely horrible and will be even worse, when Zoe is delivering her devilish smiles with it - as always precisely hitting the total doing nothing bullshit, but can be depressing to watch, I think. Fine work anyway.

Peter M

Great stuff and Greta fan cameo to finish, awesome

Nick Be

Actually, the GLOBAL LAND-OCEAN TEMPERATURE INDEX graph started seriously trending steadily upward in the year I was born. I must therefore conclude that I am the sole cause of global warming. It's basic science.

Oliver Kunz

That may statistically not be as rock solid as it appears at first glance. My guess is that other people were born in that year as well - but I may be wrong of course (as typically the case).

Barry

and human carbon emissions are .0000009% of the total world natural carbon emissions so net 0 will do a lot I think we need more carbon taxes

Barry

Yeh it’s great the professor that investigated Globel warming came to the conclusion that the world has been cooling down since the great though after the last ice age

Barry

He brought up Globel worming with the British government and researched it for 20yrs

Barry

that is why they call it climate change now not Globel worming
