Dear Patrons, here's the latest video you've helped me to create!

The Standing Rock fight is coming to Australia in the shape of the massive reef-killing, water-obliterating, climate-changing Carmichael coal mine - which, if built, would be one of the biggest coal mines in the world. And as always, Indigenous people are on the frontlines.  

Like the video we made together about the Dakota Access Pipeline, I hope this one will help to raise awareness about another major frontline in the global fight to transition away from fossil fuel dependency.

More good work. I would expect the response to be a bit muted maybe with everyone still focussing on Standing Rock and the fact that this video is about Australia. You know, that place where everyone speaks English but is so far removed from the USA and Europe that it gets lost a bit in world media. Doesn't mean this isn't valuable propaganda though. I visited Australia 20 years ago and was shocked by the general attitude towards the indigenous folk and felt terrible seeing them selling their dream paintings on the streets, no one seemed to care. I hope things have changed for the better and all people stand against this CCRAP.
