Dina's working with a small sample size, surely there's some variance

Smoochie

This comic is best read by playing “Mad World” when you get to the last panel

plant.mimic

The religionpilled crymaxxer:

Omnithea

Thank you, Dina, that was informative.

C

Well, that's a note to end on.

T Campbell

"ALL aces? No, that would not work. Only one of us is an 'ace,' even by a somewhat flexible definition of the term."

Harold

Dumbing of Age, Book 15: To My Experience, You Give Them the Time and Space They Need and Let Their Reservoir of Unanswered Horniness Do the Rest OR Dumbing of Age, Book 15: There May Be Some Uncontrollable Religious-Shame-Induced Weeping

Tim

Dina telling it like it is

Jey Siksa

Joe is smart for asking Dina

Megh

I vote for the 2nd one

Harold

I choose to believe that having Dina use the word "reservoir" in panel 4 is not a coincidence, but proof that despite all of the PULP FICTION references we've been making Willis had a different Tarantino film in mind when he decided to put Dina in a suit.

Fart Captor

This is the most wholesome conversation about fuckin that I've ever seen

Doki

Can I just say how much I love seeing Joe compliment a woman without him specifically wanting/expecting to get something out of it? This feels like INCREDIBLE progress for him. (Same goes for his conversation with Dorothy earlier in the day!)

Kelly (they-them)

What?? How come the weeping wasn't in the slipshine? We want ALL the dirty details, Willis

Kelly (they-them)

The second one is a good follow up to the Boom 14 title

Sajuuk-Khar

“Do you think she’d view herself as being ruined forever? In a way that I cant go through again? Oh God??” “Joe, this sounds very specific. And probably specific to Liz. So no.”

Kelly (they-them)

I like this joke but my pedantic personality insists that I point out asexual people can have sex with each other

Austin Baugh

We talk a lot about our favourite ship wars in this comic, but can I express that Dina/Joe are my favourite platonic friendship duo?

Brian Danger Hicks

Just launching Book 14 and already coming up with the title for Book 15

Grace Serenity

"Wait, how'd you know about Liz!? I haven't told anyone about our night of not having sex!"

Grace Serenity

That happens after the horny chemicals get metabolized

Grace Serenity

I had a pastor that told me he felt guilty for having sex with his WIFE for several months after they got married. He actually had to go to counseling to work through it.

Waifu Purplebutt

"No longer obligatory. It will be pleasant to see you informally, Joe."

Taffy

But it's uncontrollable, so don't take it personally.

Harold

Slightly off topic, but I thought it worth noting that Dorothy, Joyce and Becky are all in Robin's Poli Sci class, which is this afternoon in comic time. It will be the first time Dorothy and Joyce have seen each other since Joyce saw the photos and since Dorothy saw... herself. The mutual awkwardness will undoubtedly be noticeable. And Becky will notice it. Fun times ahead!

Alexandra Falk

This is pretty insightful of Joe to look out for in advance.

Lea

What about just this part (for concision): Give Them the Time and Space They Need and Let Their Reservoir of Unanswered Horniness Do the Rest Or just: Let Their Reservoir of Unanswered Horniness Do the Rest

Harold

@Lea: Concision has never been a concern when it comes to DoA book titles. Book 9, for example.

Harold

I can no longer see or hear the word "aces," as a thumbs-up synonym, without thinking about the offhandedly hilarious way Bradley Whitford says it in that one scene with Aunt Lydia from THE HANDMAID'S TALE

Harrison Fuller

To paraphrase one Chip Zdarsky, “Becky cries before sex, she cries after sex, but never during sex. During sex she has a fucking job to do”

Justin Seifert

I don't think Joyce is going to experience similar issues to Becky. Becky has adapted her faith and maintained a relationship with God; Including the guilt of premarital hanky-panky. Whereas Joyce has been completely denounceful of the existence of God as she has shifted to 100% atheism.
