Hello!  Book 7 Kickstarter news!

Over at dumbingofage.com, below the comic to the right, is a poll!  As we near $45K, you can go vote on which FUTURE STRIP FROM THE FUTURE I will unveil.  Each poll option has a date of publication and which characters appear in the strip.

Don't worry -- none of them are, like, plot spoily or anything.  They're just fun future strips, is all.

Here's an image of what the poll looks like on the site, because we like pictures.  Don't try to click on it here!  You gotta run off to the websi-- oh hey maybe I'll also run the poll on Twitter and then combine the numbers, hmmm.

Here, you can also vote on Twitter.  So, there or at dumbingofage.com!  Go have fun.

Just $300 to go!

To me, that selection of characters sounds like a "walking between classes" moment, so high chance of the content being fairly banal compared to the more intimate combinations suggested in the other options. Given where their story thread most recently left off, you can probably see why the one involving Joyce and Jacob is getting people interested.

Tip

Except all of them are guaranteed to not spoil plot, so you aren't going to get the juice you crave from that strip

It's not really about spoilers, or at least not the kind that's a major plot development. Rather, a major plot development has just happened and this was a chance to get an early look at what it means. Since Joyce just received new information that changes her relationship with Jacob, there's no future interaction we could see that wouldn't necessarily collapse many of the possibilities that would entail. The previewed strip did not disappoint at all in that sense.
