Presumably "Make District 9 Great Again", Indiana's 9th congressional district containing Indiana University and Bloomington. It's a play on "Make America Great Again", a Trump slogan often printed on red baseball caps.

As a lifelong bus rider, I've always had a lot of empathy for bus drivers (well, not the ones that skip stops or drive like Mr. Toad, but the competent majority). Some of the people they have to deal with are really off the wall. And Sal, please stop scaring truckers, their jobs are hard enough. The Amber situation was necessary, but now you're just doing it for kicks.

Technically, there’s two Sal shenanigans and two Toedad shenanigans. A common thread runs through them all. (Also if the cyclist’s wearing their helmet like 80% of risky ‘do you have a death wish, friend?!’ behavior is just normal Motorcyclist Who Does Not Understand How Scared Everyone Is For Them. The Amber-catching though, that’s unusual.)
