Bajja

I lived barefoot full time for three years and

Bajja

And got caught outside waiting for the bus in snow for a while. Got frostbite on five toe tips but tbh no big deal. They kinda fell off like scabs and came back fine. No scars or whatever.

Giant Speck

We need more Sierra in our lives.

Maude Reads Things

Sierra is so cute and that's a smart way to handle it

Buck Caldwell

They speak in index cards, apparently.

Andrew

Joyce misheard, they’re allergic to sneaker tongues.

Bagge

Well, there we go. Smug Sierra is best Sierra. Hard competition, worthy winner, jadajada.

Bagge

Soles...?

Bagge

But do we deserve it?

Bagge

I love how this is a continuation of the earlier strip, with Sarah and Joyce already riled up because JOYCE FUDGED IT UP!!!!

Aubrey Bryn

I got my Sierra strip I can now die

Ill-Tempered Clavier

I've known two people who could walk barefoot on gravel and it didn't faze them. I can't imagine they'd have been flummoxed by hail.

Ill-Tempered Clavier

Sadly, since this is a patreon strip, we'll probably never know what's on that card. And we'll also never get to see dozens of comments on the main site debating the minutiae of the various groups that call themselves "Church off God."

Corwin Haught

Her soles are protected, but the chunks of hail can still hit the top of her feet.

Ashley Hinds

Oh wow, that "checkmate athei..." killed me!

thejeff

Hail isn't really a problem. Other than the normal issues of being outside unprotected in big hail. It's cold, that's really all.

thejeff

Snow's much worse and it can stick around for months. Your soles toughen up, but your feet still freeze.

Nina

But what if... more Sierra strips??

Nina

But did Joyce learn her lesson about climate change!?!?

Aubrey Bryn

... *sigh* The mission is never over.

Ill-Tempered Clavier

It wouldn't be a real DoA comment fest without half a dozen commenters presenting various contradictory explanations of the "Church of God" beliefs, and another half a dozen expressing surprise at every new explanation.

Ill-Tempered Clavier

Huh. I knew there was a Church of God based in Anderson, Indiana, but for some reason I never realized that Anderson University (Becky's former school) is affiliated with that church.

Dana

It's now time for you to join us on team Agatha.
